When you pay XBOX for XBOX Pass- XBOXlive you expect great service. *Microsoft & Xbox removed the yearly 49.99 for one year to a monthly subscription for 9.99 or a 3 month 24.99* which is more money $$$$$ *$500 Xbox Series X had issues people reporting games not playing or downloading, disk drive errors* Etc. But the Xbox Series X GALAXY was released. Essentially they monopolized online gaming, your paying to have access when you already pay for internet. Even Playstation monopolized aswell PS3 was free to play online all you paid for was internet rhen PS4 launch and Playstation Plus $$ was released. *But a SERVER OUTAGE is not fixed!* by XBOX & Microsoft *Do better be proactive when milions of people pay for service*
